The moving light tower lifting system of the lifting type light beacon is driven by motor, (electromagnetic brake type) worm gear and worm reducer, safety coupling, main wire rope, auxiliary wire rope, rope splitter and moving pulley group and other components. Worm gear reducer self-locking ability is strong, compact transmission, transmission ratio is very large, in order to reduce the worm gear, worm transmission ratio, reduce the rising torque, especially increased a group of pulley, so that the speed of the lamp plate is less than 0.2 m/s. The main wire rope is connected to the wire rope of the lamp plate by the rope splitter, which can avoid the winding of the secondary wire caused by the stretch of the main wire. High strength corrosion-resistant 6*19 type non-rotating galvanized steel wire rope is adopted for both main and auxiliary steel wire ropes.
The moving light tower lifting pulley block is made of A3 steel bracket, stainless steel shaft and copper pulley treated by hot dip galvanizing to ensure no corrosion and flexible operation under normal atmospheric conditions. All kinds of fastener washer, ring and other parts are also made of hot-dip galvanized parts or stainless steel. The lamp plate is provided with 6 groups of guide pulley and more than 3 groups of brake devices. In the process of lifting or falling the lamp plate, the guide wheel with 120 degree distribution rolls along the surface of the lamp pole to ensure that the lamp plate does not swing. The working surface of the guide wheel of the lamp plate in contact with the lamp pole surface adopts rubber hot pressing process.
