The pressure head generated by the blade can be divided into two parts, namely the static pressure head and the shear force; when the concrete mixer blade is in operation, the static pressure head must be overcome, and the shear force makes the material disperse and mix. Therefore, all blades can be divided into three basic types, namely, flow type, pressure head type and shear type, according to the liquid displacement produced by the award blade, the ability to overcome the static pressure head and generate shear force.
According to the different stirring requirements of different mixing projects, a reasonable paddle form is selected so that the liquid displacement provided by the stirring blade, the static pressure head and the shear matching can meet the stirring requirements of the stirring process to the greatest extent. The classification of stirring blades can also be divided according to the flow pattern generated by the action of the blades on the fluid. The blades can be divided into two types-axial flow blades and radial flow blades.
The so-called axial flow type blade means that the main discharge direction of the paddle is parallel to the stirring axis, and the spiral propulsion type paddle is a typical axial flow type blade; the so-called radial flow type blade refers to the main direction of the paddle The discharge direction is perpendicular to the stirring axis.
